What data we process, and why

Newsletter. If you subscribe, we store your email address and chosen language for a single purpose: sending you the daily report and the weekly analysis. Subscription is double opt-in (you are not subscribed until you click the link in the verification email) and the legal basis is your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email.

When you unsubscribe we stop writing to you immediately; your address is kept only on a suppression list to guarantee you never hear from us again. If you also want it fully deleted, just ask by email.

Analytics. We measure our audience with a cookieless, self-hosted tool (Umami) that identifies no one: aggregate page-view data, no IP addresses stored, no cross-site tracking. That is why this site needs no cookie banner.

Who else is involved

Email delivery is processed by Amazon Web Services (SES) from its Ireland region as a data processor. The site is served from servers in the European Union with Cloudflare as content delivery network. We never sell or share your data, and this site carries no third-party advertising.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to[email protected]. If you feel we have not addressed your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
